The units have every luxury appliance and floor plans that prioritize livability, privacy, functionality, and flexibility appropriate to student life. The 330 student beds are located in 118 apartments, plus 18,000 sq. ft. of amenities - fitness center, billiard/game room, a home theater, video gaming room, computer lab, library, study lounges, multipurpose lounge and entry level lobby lounge. The design is modeled after current popular university housing trends – providing two or four bedrooms usually with two bathrooms. The bedrooms flank a central dining area, kitchen with bar and living room. The kitchen features a microwave, a stainless steel sink, dish washer, garbage disposal and refrigerator. A washer/dryer is included in each apartment. Each residence has a separately controlled and metered HVAC system.

The four bedroom two bathroom residences are fashioned after modern hotel guestrooms, with a sink, makeup counter and mirror outside each bathroom, yet shielded from view from the common living spaces within the suite. Inside the bathroom are the water closet and combination bathtub/shower. This arrangement allows for no more than two residents to have a bathroom and to utilize the facilities simultaneously with a few exceptions. Two bedroom residences normally have private baths.

The apartments are finished with ceilings as high as 8’6”, carpet in bedrooms and living room, and ceramic tile in kitchen and bath. All windows are furnished with horizontal mini blinds and included in the rent for each apartments is attractive, yet durable furniture. Individual floor plans have been carefully designed to assure security, convenience, and livability. Spaces within the apartments are located to afford privacy and quietness in the bedroom with gathering spaces in living areas.

When you walk in the 100 Midtown Hotel Style Lobby you know this is the finest student housing in Atlanta. The amenities of 100 Midtown include all the conveniences of home, and more! The common areas include a fitness center and numerous gathering spaces including our on-site restaurant. Gathering spaces allow for comfortable and functional seating, in lounge-style furniture and also study tables and chairs in study rooms and meeting rooms. Our fitness center is designed for a complete workout, and is exclusive for our residents. After your exhausting workout, enjoy a game of pool or cards in the game room and grab a snack from our vending room.

There is a library and several conference and study rooms of varying sizes that serve small groups to groups of 20 or more. These are spaces designed to be flexible for a variety of uses, including resident life programs, student functions, study groups, general meetings and parties.

Running late? If you get impatient waiting for one or two elevators to make their way to your floor, don't despair. The residential tower is served by 5 large elevators! A freight elevator is available for loading and unloading on move-in day. If you have ever tried to park near Georgia Tech or in Midtown, you will appreciate the convenience of parking onsite. There are 245 secure parking spaces available in our covered deck. 100 Midtown is super conveniently located next door to Georgia Tech and one block from MARTA! Walk to the new Publix Grocery store next door or a variety of great midtown restaurants. Elevator lobbies take you directly to your floor from each level of parking. Parking is leased on a first-come-first serve basis.
